Device Price App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is issued by Optimum Retailing (“OR”) (“we”, “us”, or “our”) with regards to the Device Price application (“Device Price”). Device Price is an application wholly owned and developed by OR for use by its clients.

Device Price allows OR clients to display information on electronic devices that they have on display in their store. This information is stored on OR’s servers and provided by the client.

OR is committed to protecting your privacy, and this Privacy Policy is intended to communicate OR’s information management practices for Device Price. It will explain what information we collect, use, handle, and disclose.

2. Information Collection

Device Price does not include any personal information.

Device Price contains links to additional information on a microsite. The content on the microsite is entirely determined by OR clients. OR collects data related to interactions with the microsite. This includes:

• How many times the microsite has been accessed and by which device,
• What parts of the microsite users interact with.

This information is anonymous and aggregated and shared only with the OR client for that respective microsite.

3. Third-Party Services

The Device Price app or any microsite accessed through the Device Price app may contain links to third-party services. OR does not control these services and are not responsible for their privacy practices. The contents of any microsite accessed through the Device Price app is not controlled by OR and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of the client who controls said microsite. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any microsite or third-party sites you visit.

4. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, with any such changes being effective prospectively. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the Device Price app. Your continued use of Device Price after any modifications to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
